School of St. Mary Open House

The School of St. Mary is opening its doors during its Open House. Parents will be able to tour the school and see students in their classroom settings. There are two campuses in Lake Forest: The Primary Grade Center serves students in preschool through third grade, and the Upper Grade Center serves students in fourth through eighth grade. The School of St. Mary has approximately 550 students, with a student to teacher ratio of 14 to 1. They offer a strong emphasis on Catholic values and faith formation, as well as character education. Laptops with state-of-the-art technology are available within every grade level, as well as full computer labs at both campuses. Manner, Please Workshop

Learn the rules of table manners: the proper way to set the table, which fork to use, and what to do if you drop it on the floor. After attending the Manners, Please Workshop and Dining Tutorial your children will know the answer to these and other questions about manners and common courtesy. Also included: introductions, thank you notes, accepting and declining invitations, and telephone etiquette. Lunch included. Cost is $85.
