Home buyers and sellers were in for an informative night, as the @properties office in Lake Forest hosted a forum on the current state of the real estate market on February 1 at the Gorton Community Center. Guests were welcomed by @properties owners Michael Golden and Thaddeus Wong. Members of the @properties team went into presentations about mortgages, attorneys, and projections for 2012. Guests had the opportunity to chat with real estate agents one-on-one, to get a clearer picture of what the market holds for Lake Forest and Lake Bluff in the coming year.
