Lake Forest Symphony Guild
Held at The Grille on Laurel, supporters of the Lake Forest Symphony Guild raised funds for their cause during a wine tasting event on October 30. Guests were treated to an assortment of hors d’oeuvres paired with complimentary wines from Wilson Daniels Winery. The Lake Forest Symphony Guild, recently named the 2011 Illinois Guild of the Year by the Illinois Council of Orchestras, is an active group of 76 volunteers who support and promote the Symphony through fund-raising and awareness-building in the community. The wine tasting event, as well as the annual Mad Hatter Luncheon in the spring, provide financial and program support for the Lake Forest Symphony.
