Every Easter I always end up with a million marshmallow peeps—in every color…yellow, pink, purple, and green! Finally, I decided to put these peeps to good use in a creamy marshmallow martini. Try it out and make the Easter festivities a little more fun for the adults this year!
Marshmallow Peep Martini
Ingredients:
3 marshmallow peeps
2 ounces milk or half and half
2 ounces chilled vanilla vodka
1 ounce white creme de cocoa
Instructions:
Add peeps, the vodka, milk, and creme de cocoa in a blender with a few ice cubes. Blend until the peeps are completed dissolved. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with another peep.
